The Application for the 2022 round of Downtown and Village Center tax credits is now available! Applications are due Friday, July 1, 2022, by COB. The Vermont Downtown Board will make allocation decisions by mid-August. All applicants can contact Caitlin Corkins, Tax Credits and Grants Coordinator (email@example.com) with questions about the program or application. Applicants are also encouraged to watch the Downtown and Village Center Tax Credit Applicant Webinar, which is available on the website. The webinar reviews basic information and program scoring criteria used to evaluate and score applications. The webinar also discusses sample responses and covers information about required attachments that must be submitted with every application. The deadline to apply for funding this year is July 1, 2022. Applications must be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org.
