Sealed bids for the work described below will be accepted by the Town of Granville at
the Town Clerk’s Office located at the address above until 4:00 pm on Thursday
November 8, 2018. Sealed bids shall be marked “Bid for Post Office Hill Culvert.”

Type of Project: The Town of Granville is seeking engineering services to design the
replacement of a damaged culvert with a new culvert that has an opening of 18 feet wide
by 5.8 feet high on Post Office Hill Road TH-2. The design and bid documents shall be
completed by May 15, 2019. This project is funded in part by the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA).

Specifications: For copies of Specifications please contact the Granville
Town Clerk, Kathy Werner. Requests may be made by email at
granvilletown@gmavt.net , in person or by calling (802)-767-4403. Office hours are
Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Monday November 12,
2018 at the Granville Selectboard Meeting at 5:30 pm at the Town Clerk’s Office. The
Granville Selectboard reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the
best interests of the town.

Embankment.”

roadway slope adjacent to West Hill Road TH-4. The design and bid documents shall be
